SOLA’s Preschool Afterschool gives YOU, the working parent, a creative option to seamlessly extend your child’s morning preschool to fit your full day needs. We provide transportation in our SOLA van from your child’s morning Preschool program to SOLA for the remainder of the afternoon—always a song-filled ride. Pickup time can be arranged based on your needs, as early as 3:00 or as late as 6:00.

Knowing that Preschoolers come in tired from a morning of academics and structure, our Preschool Afterschool program focuses on development of social skills and enhancing your child’s natural creative skills through art and dramatic play. First students enjoy a civilized, seated lunch together; then they engage in an afternoon of fun, activity and creativity. Since preschoolers get pretty wiggly in the afternoon, we incorporate plenty of exercise—like running, climbing, tag, soccer and capture the flag (you’ll be invited to play at pickup!).
Our space includes an indoor art studio, stage area and reading room and a large, shaded outdoor play yard, options for any type of weather. Our staff includes childcare and multimedia art specialists, all energetic, empathetic and focused on our preschoolers’ comfort and happiness.
